You can purchase tickets to Saskatchewan Roughrider home games in person or over the phone. The Ticket Office is currently open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. Where is the stadium located?
Mosaic Stadium is located at 1910 Piffles Taylor Way between Elphinstone and Albert Streets and Saskatchewan Drive and Dewdney Avenue, just West of Regina's downtown. For further directions see Location page under the Mosaic Stadium menu item.
Where do I park when I attend a Saskatchewan Roughrider home game?
While space around Mosaic Stadium is limited, the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club and the City of Regina have teamed up to offer the fans top notch parking. Parking lots are located along 10th Avenue with enterances from the East off Albert St. and the West off Elphinstone. For your entertainment, our pre-game party starts two hours prior to scheduled kick-off.
Where is your handicapped parking located?
Handicapped parking is available at Mosaic Stadium for free. The handicap spaces are located along 10th Avenue, Retallack Street, and 9th Avenue, and in our South parking lot. All spaces are on a first-come-first-parked basis. A handicap plaque card or license plate must be visible to avoid towing and fines.
How do I purchase Club Seating?
Club seating offers individual executive viewing seats in a climate controlled environment featuring in-house closed circuit TV. Licensed refreshments and food services. An elevator provides easy access on the east side of the stadium and complimentary cart access is available on the west side. Cost of Club seats is $1,320 including GST for the season. While each sale requires a four year committment, their may be some individual seats available on a per game basis ($160.00). What time should I arrive on game day?
Fans should arrive to Mosaic Stadium well in advance of kick-off on gamedays. Our pre-game party starts two hours prior to the scheduled kick-off time for each Roughrider home game. Each pre-game party consists of a family fan-fest area and a separate beer gardens on the practice field for the adults. Come early to avoid lineups for parking, programs, and tickets. Gates open one hour prior to kick-off.
Is there any first aid present at the stadium?
Yes. St. John Ambulance attendants provide first aid throughout the stadium. Attendants can be found on all levels of the stadium during every Saskatchewan Roughrider home game. The main office is located in the tunnel under the stands on the west side of the stadium.
May I bring a radio, television, video or still camera into the stadium?
Sure, if it is a small, radio or TV that does not interfere with other fan's enjoyment of the game. Still and Video cameras are also welcome at Mosaic Stadium.
Where is the Will Call area?
The Will Call area is located in a trailer on the south side of the stadium in front of the ticket office. It opens three hours before game time. Pre-paid ticket orders can be picked up there to avoid the ticket office lineup. Since we do not want a stranger picking up your tickets, you may be requested to present identification to pick up your tickets.
How do I purchase game day tickets?
All game day tickets will be sold from our ticket office located on the south side of the stadium. Fans who purchase tickets prior to two hours before kick-off will have a choice of seats. Tickets are sold as best available two hours or less before game time due to the vast amount of walk up sales.
How can I get a player autograph?
Player autographs can be very difficult to get on game days. However, if you drop by Mosaic Stadium during practices you might be able to gather a few autographs after their session. Your best bet is to keep watch for Saskatchewan Roughrider player appearances throughout the year and attend our SGI Play It Safe Day the Saturday of Labour Day weekend.
Can I sell or give away my unused tickets at Mosaic Stadium?
Tickets may not be resold on Mosaic Stadium property without written permission from Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club Management. We recommend if you cannot use all of your tickets, you donate them to one of many charities throughout our community or take advantage of our Charitable Ticket Donation Program by dropping unused tickets off at the ticket office for such donation.
Can I smoke at Mosaic Stadium during Saskatchewan Roughrider home games?
Mosaic Stadium is smoke-free. If you wish to smoke, you MUST leave the stadium.
I hate driving but still want to get to the games. What should I do?
City of Regina buses park along the west side of the stadium during Saskatchewan Roughrider home games. Buses leave 45 minutes before game time from 11 different locations. Return buses leave Mosaic Stadium 15 minutes after the game. The cost is $1.50 one way. For more information please call the City of Regina at 777-7433.
I require assistance getting up the ramps to my seat. What should I do?
West side ticket holders requiring assistance up the ramps should contact the Saskatchewan Roughrider ticket office for a medical pass. This pass gains you access to the cart in front of the Harvard Broadcasting Green & White Lounge one to 1/2 hour before game time.
Where is your Lost & Found?
Articles found in Mosaic Stadium will be taken to the city offices located on the northwest side of the stadium. You can contact their office at 777-7394.
Is there security at Saskatchewan Roughrider home games?
Yes. Security are stationed throughout . They are easily recognized by their bright yellow T-shirts or Turquoise jackets.
