Little Rider Cheer Day 2008 Presented by Northgate Mall - SOLD OUT!

Participate in a 5½ hour clinic taught by the
620 CKRM Rider Cheerleading Team!

You will receive:

• Two game tickets to the July 27th Rider game
• A half-time performance at the July 27th game!

Details

• Participants must be between 5 and 12 years of age (inclusive).
• Clinic Date: Sunday, July 20th from 10:30am – 4pm @ Mosaic Stadium – rain or shine! Registration starts at 10:00am. 
• Cost is $75. Deadline for registration: July 10th, 2008. There will be a limited number of participants (we sold out last year), so register early! 
• Game performance is halftime of the Sunday, July 27th game (kick off is 5pm). Prior to half-time, members of the cheerleading team will bring you onto the field. Wait in your seats in your t-shirts so we can recognize you!

Appearance Requests

The 620 CKRM Rider Cheerleaders are available for appearances at charitable, non-profit, community, educational and corporate events throughout Saskatchewan.  If you believe the Cheerleaders would enhance your event, please send a written request to cheerleaders@saskriders.com

In the written request be sure to include the following:

• Information about the organization
• Date of the event 
• Location of the event and distance from Regina 
• Exact time commitment 
• Compensation available 
•  What is expected of the team members (sign autographs, photo session, speaking roles, selling raffle tickets, etc)
• Appropriate apparel
• Contact person's name, address and phone number

Criteria

All appearance requests must be in writing, no less than 5 weeks prior to your event. Please be aware that due to the large number of requests, appearances are not guaranteed. Therefore, no promotion involving the Rider Cheerleaders should precede confirmation of an appearance. Contact will be made within three business days following receipt of your Appearance Request.

Appearance Fees

For corporate, commercial or private parties, there is a fee of $35.00/hr per team member (minimum of 2 team members). If the event is out of town, $0.40/km plus a $35.00 per diem if the event is longer than 5 hours long, including travel time. Parking, water and suitable change facilities are required.

Group appearance fees will vary according to event, the number requested, location and expectations.

For charitable, community or non-profit events, there is no fee but parking, water and suitable change facilities are required. Compensation in the form of a monetary donation to the  Rider Cheerleading Team is gladly accepted.
